If the Health Check comes back and the real problem is that the website does not exist, or is somebody else’s platform you cannot get into, this will not fix it and we will say so first. We would rather lose the seventy quid than take it for a pass that cannot work.

Common questions
What access do you need?
Manager access to your Google Business Profile, and whatever your website uses if there are changes to make there. We ask for the least that will do the job, and you can remove it the moment we are finished.
How long does it take?
Usually a few days from getting access. Profile changes then take up to a fortnight to show properly in local results — that is Google’s end, not ours.
What if you cannot fix something?
We tell you, we tell you why, and we do not charge you for it. Sometimes the answer is that the website needs replacing and no amount of settings work will do it.
